On Tuesday, April 21, 2010, Dustin Bellegarde, age 36, of Summit, was arrested for: Two Counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree and One Count of Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree. Bellegarde's bond was set at $7500.00, cash or pro. Bellegarde is currently awaiting his first court appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court. The arrest stemmed from numerous anonymous tips on the Marion County Sheriff's Department's website (www.marioncountysheriffar.com). Assisting in the arrest was the Arkansas State Police.
