On July 19, 2010, a lengthy and joint investigation resulted in a routine traffic stop, which led to a search warrant being executed at a residence in Bull Shoals, leading to multiple drug related felony and misdemeanor arrests.
Christian William McMillan, age 20, of Bull Shoals, was arrested for: delivery of marijuana; delivery of hydrocodone; and conspiracy to deliver marijuana - bond $15,000.00.
Stephanie A. Wilcox, age 20, of Bull Shoals, was arrested for: delivery of marijuana; delivery of hydrocodone; conspiracy to deliver marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a minor - bond $25,695.00.
William Eugene McMillan, age 44, of Bull Shoals, was arrested for: delivery of marijuana and conspiracy to deliver marijuana - bond $25,000.00.
Michelle Hurst, age 26, of Bull Shoals, was arrested for: possession of an instrument of crime; tampering with evidence; and hindering prosecution - bond $1005.00.
Joshua Golden, age 26, was arrested for: possession of an instrument of crime; tampering with evidence; and hindering prosecution - $690.00. Golden is also being held for violating the terms and conditions of his probation / parole - no bond.
Stewart Adam Baker, age 26, of Bull Shoals, was also present during the search warrant and was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Baxter County for failure to appear.
There were 5 minor children at the residence during the search warrant, in which were taken into custody by the Department of Human Services. All that were arrested are currently awaiting their first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court. Assisting in the investigation and arrests were Marion County Sheriff's Department's K9, the Arkansas State Police, the Flippin Police Department, and the Bull Shoals Police Department.
