Fayetteville man arrested for Internet Stalking of a Child & Computer Child Pornography
Cody Miller

On Monday, January 31, 2011, Cody Wayne Miller, age 24, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was arrested for Internet Stalking of a Child (Class A Felony) and Computer Child Pornography (Class B Felony). The arrest was the result of a three week online investigation. Miller had made contact and had been engaging in sexually explicit chats on the internet with whom he believed was a 14 year old, girl, which in fact was an undercover investigator from the Marion County Sheriff's Department. Miller also sent sexually explicit pictures of himself and arranged a meeting with the "girl". Once Miller arrived at the meeting place, in Yellville, Arkansas, he was arrested without incident by investigators. Miller's bond was set at $25,000.00 and remains in the Marion County Jail awaiting his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court.
