On Monday, March 12^th, 2012, Jessy Arbaugh, age 19, of Harmon, was arrested on a Marion County Felony warrant for: Two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (marijuana).  Arbaugh’s bond was set at $10,000.00 in which he posted.  Arbaugh is scheduled to make his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court on March 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM.  Assisting in the investigation was the Arkansas State Police and Flippin Police Department.
