On Wednesday, August 15, 2012, Edwin Wyatt Blackwell, age 25, of rural Flippin, was arrested on a Marion County felony warrant for: Residential Burglary; Theft of Property; and Possession of a Firearm by a certain person. Blackwell’s bond was set at $25,000.00 on the Marion County charges, however is also being without bond due to several parole violations. Blackwell is also wanted by other agencies for similar charges. Blackwell is currently incarcerated in the Marion County jail, awaiting his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court.
