On Tuesday, January 8^th, 2013, Cody Ladurini, age 22, of Yellville, was arrested for Theft of Property and Breaking or Entering (both felonies), $5,000.00 bond.  The arrest is the result of an investigation from when a local business reported a break-in to one of their service vehicles. Ladurini posted bond and is currently awaiting his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court.  The matter is still under investigation and additional arrests are expected.
