On Monday, January 14^th, 2013, Billy Breedlove, age 42, of Yellville, was arrested on a Marion County felony warrant for Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property, bond $5,000.00.  Breedlove’s arrest was the result of an investigation from when a local business reported a break-in to one of their service vehicles.  Breedlove is also a level 2 registered sex offender in Marion County.  Cody Ladurini, age 22, also of Yellville, was arrested on January 8^th, 2013, in connection with the same incident.  Both are scheduled to make their first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court on January 23^rd, 2013, at 10:00 AM.
