On Tuesday, July 23^rd, 2013, Dennis Ray Hathaway, age 51, of Flippin, was arrested on a Marion County Felony warrant for Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Clonazepam) and Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone).  Hathaway’s bond was set at $10,000.00 and he’s scheduled to appear in the Marion County Circuit Court on August 21^st, 2013 at 10:00 AM.  Assisting in the investigation was the Flippin Police Department.
