The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender has recently relocated to a new address in Yellville. This offender has been assessed and assigned a designated risk Level 3 (relative high risk to reoffend) by the State of Arkansas.

Date of Birth:  01/19/1966

Home Address:  90 Heritage Lane, Yellville, Arkansas 72687

This Offender Was Convicted Of Two Counts of Sexual Indecency with a Child in 2007.  Documentation indicates the offender has a history of leaving nude photos of himself in public places, including bus stops for young school students.

This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
