The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a registered sex offender has recently relocated to a new address in rural Flippin. This offender has been assessed and assigned a designated risk Level 3 (relative high risk to reoffend) by the State of Arkansas.

Home Address:  1542 MC 7064, Flippin, Arkansas 72634

This offender was convicted for Two (2) counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree on 09-22-1995.  According to documentation, these offenses involved the offender engaging in sexual contact with three females, ages 12-15.

This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
