Sheriff Joan Vickers is asking the public for help in locating a missing teenager. 15 y/o juvenile W/F Justiny Irene Michael Ply was last seen at a residence in Baxter County on September 7th, 2015 at or around 1:00am and no one has had contact with her since. A description of Justiny is as follows:

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Height: 5'4"

Weight: 165lbs

Mole over lip under right side of nose.

If anyone has any information to the whereabouts of Justiny they are asked to contact their local law enforcement agency immediately.
