From January 4th, 2018 through February 1st, 2018, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office’s Sex Offender Registration Division, has issued 4 warrants for registered sex offenders, for failing to comply with their registration requirements. Matthew Ribolzi, age 29, of Yellville, was arrested on January 4th, 2018; Jacob Langston, age 31, of Mountain Home, was arrested on January 28th; and Joseph McFarlane, age 55, of Green Forest, was arrested on February 3rd. All of which posted bonded. A fourth warrant has been issued for Larry Yancey, age 40, whom is still wanted. Yancey was last known to have lived in the Oakland area of Marion County and is currently wanted for Failure To Comply With Registration Requirements, bond $2500.00. Registered Sex Offenders are required to register with the sheriff’s office at least twice a year and to report any updates or changes of their residency or other personal information.
