Sex Offender Arrested

On July 25, 2018, Mark Neal, age 59, of Flippin, was arrested for Failure To Comply with Sex Offender Registration, Obstructing Governmental Operations, and Failure to Pay. Neal posted a $3,355.00 bond and is awaiting his court appearance.
